School Registration and Media Consent Form Translations
HWDSB is providing translations for student registration forms and annual media consent forms to assist families in registering for school. Please use the following translations as a guide to complete the English forms below. Only the English forms need to be submitted directly to your child/ren’s home school.
2026-27 Registration
Registering During the School Year
During the school year, students new to the area and already of school age must register at their in-catchment (home) elementary school. Find your child’s home school in School Locator. For the out-of-catchment school process, click here. To complete the registration process, original documents must be reviewed in person. Please contact your school for more details.
